Asset Information : R001-04960

A rare scene taken on the remoteness of the Midland Railway's Barnoldswick branch which ended in sidings after the station level crossing. The picture shows Ivatt 2-6-2T No.41327 with the 3.50 Auto Train to Earby. The two arm signal was possibly the only one left in Britain at that time. 18th February 1955
